Our service provides AI-powered video and audio generation capabilities using artificial intelligence technology. Users can create content by providing text prompts and other inputs.
3. Credit System & Payments
Important Credit Policies:
- No Refunds: All credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
- Trial Recommendation: If you want to try our service, please purchase a smaller credit pack first.
- Credit Rollover: Unused credits roll over to subsequent periods but expire after 12 months from purchase date.
- Credit Usage: Credits are consumed when generating content, regardless of satisfaction with results.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Create content that impersonates others without permission
- Generate content for spam or malicious purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our systems
5. Content Ownership & Rights
- You retain rights to content you create using our service
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any input materials
- Generated content may not be unique and similar content may be created for other users
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
6. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Romanian courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
